The Strategic Plan centers on the following six focus areas:
- Inspire a culture of reading joy, discovery, and curiosity
- Strengthen community literacy and educational partnerships
- Create accessible, functional, and inclusive library spaces
- Deliver exceptional, people-first service
- Cultivate staff growth, leadership, and collaborative organizational culture
- Ensure long-term financial and operational sustainability
